Using Bike Power, in March 2009, 1400 people pedalled over the course of one week to generate enough energy to power a 3 hour concert in Federation Square Melbourne for 6000 people. We hope to do it all again in 2010.

The Future Spark Power Trailer has 12 bikes, each connected to a generator.
The energy created by the bikes directly inputs into the mains electricity grid via a regular power point.
