Fiberglass Covers
In an effort to maintain a safe environment for the riders we’ve chosen to add fiberglass covers over each motor & flywheel. As a little test we made up a small test piece to see how we’d go. We’re reasonably happy with the results, the only problem being that we should have spent more time on the mold shape as it proved difficult to release.

While we think we could manage to pop out some reasonable looking motor covers we’re still on the lookout for someone with fiberglassing experience. So anyone out there who wouldn’t mind donating their time to the project please contact us.
Test Rig

The news coming back from the fabricators is that power trailer is coming along nicely. We’re expecting it early December at this rate so that we can commence fit out.
Testing back at the warehouse is continuing with the motors & layout decided on.
